mixed experience due to noise and stairs

street noise
i found the noise quite bothersome. the location is in a lively area, but the soundproofing wasn't as effective as i hoped. it was tiring climbing those stairs after a long day.

I adored the hotel's location! It allowed immediate access to shops, restaurants, and transport options. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, even storing our luggage when we explored Sintra. I savored the breakfast buffet. It was nice! The experience was . wonderful.
The loud music at the bars next door played until 6am every morning.

The staff was helpful and kind. They stored our luggage when we arrived early. This allowed us to explore the city more easily. I also got checked in earlier than the scheduled time. This allowed me to get some rest.
The room lacked good soundproofing. I could hear everything from outside. It also picked up noise from other rooms.
